Geir Lundkvist

Partner


Geir Lundkvist studied hotel- and restaurant management at the Norwegian School of Hotel Management. He has more than 30 years’ experience from the hotel industry, including from hotel operations, and from senior management positions within Scandic Hotels in the Nordic area. While serving as CEO of Scandic Hotels in Norway, Lundkvist steered more than 1000 employees through a comprehensive restructuring process.

Anders Vatne

Partner


Anders Vatne attended the Norwegian School of Hotel Management as well as the Norwegian Business School (BI). He has more than 30 years’ experience from hotels, real estate and the travel industry – including several years with Thon Hotels in Norway. Until 2010 Vatne served as CEO of Norgani Hotels, the largest hotel property owner in the Nordics with 74 properties in 4 Nordic countries.

Christian Hagen

Market analyst


Christian Hagen holds a MSc in Business with major in Finance degree from BI Norwegian Business School and has experience as a Junior Consultant for Asensio Consulting. After working part-time for two years he now works full-time as a Market Analyst for Hotelia. His main responsibilities are advanced modeling in Microsoft Excel VBA, statistical analysis and portfolio evaluation.

Kristoffer Aasebø

Lawyer


Kristoffer Aasebø is a licensed practitioner for Hotelia, with a law degree from University of Oslo. He is a partner in the law firm Bull & Co., where he assists Hotelia in matters of real estate, restructuring, bankruptcy, transactions, contract law and administrative law. Previously been involved in several transactions between major properties and real estate firms.

Tenant Search

Hotelia enjoys a large domestic and international network of hotel property owners, hotel chains and hotel operators. A tenant search is always tailored to the needs of the client. Is the current positioning of the hotel suitable? What kind of contract should be used? What is the obtainable rent? The answers to these questions will determine which operator or hotel chain that should operate the hotel following the opening of a new one or a renegotiation of existing contract.

Valuation

Hotelia specializes in valuating hotels and hotel properties. We conduct thorough market based evaluations for both owners and tenants.
